Abstract:
This companion work presents earlier experimental trials of federated AI models for haematological disease detection, evaluating foundational model architectures and training protocols in a federated setting. The study identifies key bottlenecks and proposes mitigation strategies that informed subsequent platform development and the 2026 deployment.
